Job summary Come and join us at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Lincoln Urgent Treatment Centre. Main duties of the job Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they are able to meet the essential criteria in the person specification and can provide evidence of significant experience in their specialist field. You will be required to have an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or have completed the Health Education England supported portfolio route to accreditation. Candidates will also hold a non-medical prescribing qualification where appropriate. We are looking for people who can demonstrate the right values and behaviours and have excellent leadership and communications skills. Portfolio evidence of core capability across all four Pillars of Advanced Practice is expected. As part of a team, you will work as an autonomous practitioner, being accountable for independent clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients with undiagnosed and undifferentiated conditions. The role will include developing audit and research projects, providing ongoing supervision and support to medical and non-medical colleagues, and playing a pivotal role in the operational development of their specialty. The post holder can expect protected time to fulfil these duties and maintain their continuing professional development portfolio. This post is within our Urgent Treatment Centres. About us

Qualifications Essential Registered Health Care Professional holding current registration with appropriate regulatory body MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or sufficient evidence to support an application onto the HEE supported portfolio route for accreditation Non-Medical Prescribing qualification Teaching and Assessing course (Mentor Preparation, SLIP, Clinical Educator course, PGCE), SSSA or a willingness to complete. Desirable Clinical supervision/training course Leadership qualification Experience Essential Substantial post-registration relevant experience working autonomously at an advanced level and can demonstrate transferable skills. Experience of clinical leadership. Experience of working within multi-professional settings with consolidated clinical practice and contributing to effective team working. Experience of leading evidenced service improvement and innovation through service/practice development initiatives, audit or research.
