This role is crucial in delivering high-quality, evidence-based training in falls prevention and advanced moving and handling across OPAC services. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and reviewing training programs, ensuring alignment with national guidelines and promoting patient safety. *This post is open for consideration of a Job Share. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver falls prevention and advanced moving and handling training, maintaining current best practices. Partner with Operational Leads to promote best practices across wards, reducing falls and improving patient safety. Work alongside Occupational Therapists to address community moving and handling needs effectively This position offers enhanced training and professional development opportunities in these critical areas. Post registration qualification specific to specialism PGCE or teaching qualification Relevant professional networks Experinace Essential Leadership experience.
