We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable, highly motivated individual to the role of Advanced Nurse Practitioner. We are a large forward-thinking paperless practice of 17,000 patients, based in excellent modern purpose-built premises. Our strength lies in the diversity of skills and professional interests within our team. We have a multidisciplinary clinical team made up of Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, First Contact Physios, Health Care Assistants, Nurse Associates, Mental Health Practitioners, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, and Social Prescribers. We are committed to facilitating ongoing professional development, offering structured education sessions and regular clinical supervision sessions with a GP mentor built into the rota. Main duties of the job

In this role, you will work independently, making professional, autonomous decisions. You will be responsible for making necessary referrals, requests for investigations, and doing these in an appropriate manner and timescale. The role will involve initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evaluation of patient care. You will demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and a high level of independent care, including assessment, diagnostic, and prescribing skills. You will attend to patients with urgent medical problems. About us
