Shift patterns: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm on Monday-Wednesday. Salary
This position is part-time; you will receive an FTE salary up to £64,471 a year, depending on experience. How will we support you?

Main Duties of the Job
As an
Advanced Nurse Practitioner , your responsibilities will vary. You will: Need expert clinical skills and demonstrate judgement in assessing and managing wide-ranging and complex patient problems. You will provide clinical leadership for the mental health team. This multi-disciplinary team is made up of a variety of registered and non-registered professionals including mental health and substance misuse practitioners. You will act as a role model ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at all times. Supporting senior clinicians on site, you will be part of the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for all patients. As a clinical expert in your field, you will work with the team to ensure patient safety, the management of complex cases, and ensure the most up-to-date treatment methodology is applied to patient care. Minimum Requirements
Registered professional with current registration (NMC, HCPC) Evidence of Continued Professional Development Masters in Advanced Practice or equivalent Recognised prescribing qualification Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working Excellent communication skills Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP and national standards Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.
