£73612 a year full-time equivalent premium rate is paid for weekend work. Professional Responsibilities:

Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and at all times work within the scope of professional practice. Ensure that professional practice adheres to organisational and NMC policies, procedures, and guidelines. Maintain a professional manner and act as a positive role model for junior staff and other members of the Hub team. Maintain confidentiality with regard to information pertaining to patients and staff. Ensure that the service interfaces with all other departments in a professional and productive manner, providing an effective service to partner organisations and other service providers. Where required, provide supervision and mentoring to other staff in order to help them develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Communication:

Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding complex information about their care. Provide advice and information to patients, carers, and their families where appropriate. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with medical, nursing, allied health professionals, and operational staff to ensure delivery of a coordinated service. Ensure accurate record keeping in line with local policies and NMC guidelines. Promote and demonstrate effective communication networks within the organization. Refrain from posting comments involving the ELM Alliance LTD, its employees, or patients on social media. Clinical Governance and Service Improvement:

Work with the Clinical Director to provide clinical leadership to other members of the nursing team when required. Investigate adverse clinical incidents and complaints. Develop and implement clinical audits identifying areas of best practice and areas for improvement when required. Provide support and supervision to assist others in developing knowledge, skills, and abilities. Contribute to quality improvement within the service through the identification and initiation of changes, which lead to better evidence-based practice and improved standards of care. Adhere to ELM policies, procedures, and guidelines. Educational/Personal Development:

Work with the Operations Manager and Clinical Director to develop and maintain an excellent learning environment. Develop and implement a range of learning activities for the nursing team. Support the development of other members of the nursing team. Adhere to professional registration requirements. Participate in defining own developmental plan to maintain and develop own clinical skills and ensure own professional development. Undertake and complete all statutory and mandatory training. Participate in an appraisal and regular performance reviews. Ensure that all mandatory training is completed in line with organisational policy. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
