*INTERNAL VACANCY* As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Endoscopist you will have a key role in the provision of clinical services and training of staff working within Endoscopy in conjunction with the clinical and management team. The successful candidate will also be a key team member for the delivery of JAG and GRS standards including the implementation of improved clinical pathways and driving innovation through the use of research and audit. As an established Nurse Endoscopist you will work in collaboration with the gastroenterology and endoscopy departments across our hospital sites. Main duties of the job will include: Manage a caseload of patients, supporting patients, their families, and clinical staff throughout the diagnostic process. Model and provide clinical support for junior members of the team. Be independently competent in undertaking diagnostic endoscopy (OGD, Flexible sigmoidoscopy and/or Colonoscopy). Collaborate with the management teams within the gastroenterology and endoscopy departments. Working for your organisation
