Main duties of the job In this patient-facing role, you will: Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with urgent health queries within your scope of practice. Provide face-to-face consultations to deliver timely and effective care. Prescribe medication independently as required. Conduct occasional home visits to support patients unable to attend the surgery. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care. Qualifications Advanced clinical assessment skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Proficient in medication administration and management Experience in patient care and treatment planning Certification as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist, or Paramedic Practitioner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Job Types:
