As the interim Lead Pharmacist for admissions you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of a patient focused clinical pharmacy service to the front of house- Adult Clinical Decision Unit (ACDU) and Emergency Department (ED). You would have the opportunity to be involved in the development of newly evolving services, such as Porth Preseli and provide support to other areas when necessary. You will be part of our friendly/passionate pharmacy team and contribute to the implementation of medicines optimisation, striving for excellence. You will provide a specialist and professional service to enable us to meet high standards of patient care and safety, working together with the multi-disciplinary surgical team. You will be involved in the education and training of pharmacy colleagues and other healthcare professionals. This role will be situated in Withybush General Hospital which is a busy District General Hospital with approximately 270 beds.
