To work as a specialised practitioner managing the clinical delivery of care in a specialised area. To lead the clinical team within your area and organise staff and resources to meet service standards and demands. Patients may include acute post-surgical, multi pathology / complex patients, cognitively and perceptually impaired. To be responsible for the provision of specialist training to therapy staff and other members of the MDT. Use analytical and problem solving skills to interpret, analyse and evaluate complex information from a variety of sources.
