Advanced Practitioner within Cared For Children in Ashton-under-Lyne, earning £43 Hourly, for a 3 month locum contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Tameside as a Senior Practitioner, working from 09:00 to 17:00 Full Time. What you will do:
Provide direct case management for a reduced caseload of cared for children with complex needs. Deliver reflective group supervision within the service to foster team growth and individual development. Supervise and support ASYE Social Workers, ensuring compliance and excellence in practice. Assist the Team Manager in motivating the team and addressing any performance issues. Offer guidance and co-work with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
