Learning Disability & Mental Health Services (LDCAMHS) The role is supporting children and young people who have a Severe Learning Disability. This is a 2 year position covering secondment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience working for the NHS and making a difference to the lives of the young people and families we work with. Each day is different within our multi-disciplinary team. The post can be based in either Crewe or Macclesfield depending on where applicant lives. Main duties of the job

To support the Learning Disability Nurses in the assessment process and implementing strategies of the Positive Behaviour Support Plans. To carry out observations as part of the assessment process. To help maintain resources within the team. To work as part of the wider and multi-disciplinary service, providing clinical and clerical support.
