You'll work across both simple and intricate technical contexts, contributing to cutting-edge developments in your field.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to advise on technical principles, enhance maintenance protocols, and refine engineering practices. Safety is a key focus, and you’ll lead by example, promoting best practices and proactive risk management.

So, what are we looking for?

Technical Expertise:

Proven ability to analyze and improve engineering processes and methods in complex and non-complex contexts.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues effectively.

Safety Leadership:

Commitment to promoting and implementing safe working practices and conducting risk assessments.

Innovation Mindset:

Demonstrable ability to contribute to the development of new technologies, methods, or processes.

Communication Skills:

Proficiency in documenting technical outcomes and conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Automated Fibre Placement:

AFP operator experience is desirable, but not essential.
