The Role This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individual to support 3-4 busy Financial Advisers and help provide a first-class service to their clients. It is an ideal position for someone who has an interest in finance and has a proven

track record of going above and beyond in a supporting role. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.Within this role, you will underpin 3-4 Financial Advisers and be responsible for client servicing, client admin, and compliance/regulatory requirements. You will have ideally had some experience within Wealth Management or some exposure to accounting or tax.

The company is going through an exciting period of change, which will allow opportunity for growth and new challenges for the right candidate with the right mind and skill set.

Key responsibilities include:

Being responsible for liaising with third party providers to gather information for both Planners so that they can provide holistic financial planning solutions to their clients. Key relationship manager with main stakeholders including admin centres. Building strong relationships with all clients and key stakeholders by being the first point of contact for all aspects of client administration and dealing with technical admin queries Managing client records for the Financial Advisers via the CRM software, Salesforce, ensuring that the necessary information is captured and kept up to date on a daily basis. Supporting workloads within the team to ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained. Managing EIS and VCT exits for clients. Managing client bereavements and probate process. Processing client withdrawals and redemptions. Processing submissions and new client money including liaising with clients regarding bank details and timescales. Processing client portfolio changes and rebalancing. Processing ongoing advice documentation for client financial reviews. Processing client capital gain disposals. Client onboarding administration. Reporting to the Planners on a daily basis. *This list Is not exhaustive.

Must have the following qualities:

Ideally, have experience of working in Finance or Financial Services. Confident professional with excellent communication skills, energy and the ability to motivate others Ensure clear communication with both Financial Planners and the team Common sense, influencing skills and enjoy problem solving. Reliable at all times Calm under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are solution focussed Strong and consistent attention to detail skills Have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business Enjoy working as part of a team. and being able to work independently Ability to think laterally, challenge current process, and find ways to improve the service. Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Honest and trustworthy Emotional intelligence and experience with handling a variety of scenarios Benefits :
