The firm offers a unique role that engages with a diverse and dynamic client base. You will be part of a highly talented team, with the firm employing nearly 100 tax professionals and having received multiple awards.

M&A tax advisory on both sale and buy side
Capital reduction demergers
EMI valuations
Designing bespoke share incentives
Transitions to Employee Ownership
Tax valuations of shares subject to complex ratchet structures
What you'll need to succeed
You have some experience of either share schemes/tax valuations or tax structuring.
You are CTA and/or ACCA/ACA qualified or have equivalent qualifications or experience.
You have a good level of tax technical knowledge.
You are client driven and commercially aware.
Your strengths include written and verbal communication, and you enjoy talking to clients and other professionals.
What you'll get in return
