www.versorium.co.uk Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging aesthetic practitioner on a profit share basis. The practitioner will play a vital role in building an aesthetics practice in our clinic. The practitioner will bring their skills and professionalism into the practice involving duties such as speaking to patients, being responsive and reliable, which are essential tasks within the practice. The qualities, skills, and willingness to learn make a significant difference to our patient care and to expanding the medical practice with many opportunities along the way. The successful applicant will be supported by our admin team, managing director, and CEO. The expectation is that the candidate is familiar with the role and has some experience. Further training will be supported. The clinic will be fully equipped to have an aesthetic practice, alongside other medical professionals including private GP, Dermatology, and MSK. Requirements Responsiveness to patients and clients in a timely manner is vital to the maintenance and growth of the practice. Appropriate experience and training in aesthetics. Good time management skills and articulate communication. Well presented with a professional approach and pride in their work. Excellent communicator (verbal and written). Self-motivated and organized. Track record of working as an independent aesthetic practitioner. Desirable Requirements Experience with invoicing (we can support this). Knowledge of internet marketing and social media marketing (including SEO) is desirable but not essential. Interviews can be conducted via Zoom or call initially, with further details and in-person interviews to be discussed at that point. Job Types:
