Affiliate Manager Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Affiliate Manager

to join our team. This person will play a critical role in driving our business growth through the development and optimization of our affiliate program. If you are passionate about partnerships, data-driven, and have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Develop and Manage Affiliate Program:

Build our affiliate program from the ground up, setting clear goals and KPIs. Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners to grow our affiliate base. Define commission structures, promotional strategies, and offers to attract and retain affiliates.

Maintain and Optimize Current Partnerships:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they are supported and motivated to perform. Monitor affiliate performance regularly, providing feedback and resources to optimize their results. Collaborate with affiliates on promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive mutual success.

Agency Collaboration:

Work closely with external digital agencies to align on strategy and execution. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and agencies, optimizing resources to scale the affiliate program effectively.

Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as affiliate traffic, sales, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reporting on affiliate performance, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and emerging opportunities in the market. Proactively suggest improvements to the affiliate strategy based on market knowledge and trends.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of online marketing, digital channels, and performance-based marketing strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and reporting tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proven experience of successfully influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment. Prioritizes well and consistently delivers against tight deadlines. Team player with high level of professional integrity. Comfortable with ambiguity and prepared to work in an agile and flexible way.
