As a key player in the online gaming industry, we are seeking a motivated Affiliate Manager to drive the growth of our network of over 8 online casino and sportsbook brands across multiple jurisdictions. This role is essential for enhancing player acquisition and maximizing revenue streams as we expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities: Manage Partner Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate brands, ensuring mutual growth and success. Prospect New Partnerships:

Identify and reach out to prospective partner brands in target markets to increase the volume of first-time deposits (FTDs) for our casino brands. Negotiate Deals:

Lead negotiations and renegotiations with both existing and potential partners, aligning with pre-defined commercial and operational strategies. Performance Tracking:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of partner brands, focusing on conversion rates and overall profitability. User Journey Optimization:

Collaborate with partners to enhance user journeys, ensuring they align with the requirements of our agreements. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all affiliate sites, products, and partners adhere to regulatory standards in the jurisdictions where we operate. Strategic Collaboration:

Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to assess partner ROI and develop broader acquisition strategies. Industry Representation:

Represent our company at industry networking events, both in the UK and internationally, to foster new connections and partnerships. Promotional Asset Creation:

Coordinate with the design team to develop engaging promotional materials for our affiliate brands. Landing Page Compliance:

Work with partner brands to ensure that landing pages are compliant and optimized for player conversion. Internal Process Improvement:

Collaborate with our internal development team to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our business intelligence systems. Ideal Candidate:

Proficient in written and spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Technical knowledge of affiliate platforms and technologies. Experience in a marketing, affiliate, or sales role within the online gaming sector. Solid understanding of affiliations and partnerships in the casino industry. Strong knowledge of online marketing and gaming affiliate revenue models. Commercially savvy with outstanding negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret multiple data sources effectively.
