Full time 9am-5pm | Mon-Fri Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Affiliate and Partnership Executive with expertise in managing platforms such as AWIN / Webgains / Share-A-Sale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful affiliate campaigns, optimising performance, and achieving measurable results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our digital marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Program Management:

Oversee the development and management of the company’s affiliate program, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Identify and recruit potential affiliates, conducting onboarding processes to familiarise them with the company’s products, services, and affiliate program structure. Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and motivation to maximise their performance and engagement. Performance Analysis:

Monitor affiliate performance, analysing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilise data to optimise affiliate strategies and drive results. Commission Structure Management:

Design and implement effective commission structures and incentive programs to motivate affiliates and enhance overall program performance. Policy Enforcement:

Enforce affiliate program policies and guidelines to ensure compliance, ethical practices, and brand protection. Creative Collateral Development:

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials, banners, and content that affiliates can use to effectively market the company’s products. Communication and Training:

Regularly communicate program updates, promotions, and relevant information to affiliates. Provide training sessions or resources to enhance affiliates’ marketing skills. Technology Integration:

Stay informed about affiliate marketing tools and technologies, implementing and optimizing them to streamline processes and enhance the overall affiliate experience. Reporting and Analytics:

Generate and present regular reports on the performance of the affiliate program, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for continuous improvement. We’d love to hear from you
