Job Description

Your role as an Affiliate & Partnership Manager Collaborate with Pricing Strategy Lead and specific brand/format teams to understand the role of partnerships & affiliates now & in the future as part of brand & price proposition. Optimise relationships with current partners & ensure strong representation on platforms (e.g. Blue Light Card, AA), acting as a key point of contact day to day to drive transaction growth with optimal discount level. Partnership & affiliate expert in Greene King - continuously up to date on how partners are evolving, how competitors are using partners & affiliates and new partners available. Present opportunities to marketing teams to support new customer acquisition. Ensure partners uphold a high standard and adhere to advertising guidelines, and maintain positive representation of all Greene King (brands & formats) deals, offers and Ts and Cs. Utilise full Greene King insight suite to measure impact of partnerships on customer metrics (new customer acquisition, frequency, transaction), market share and internal performance metrics. Work with Analyst teams in Pricing, Digital & Division to understand specific KPIs (such as Return on Investment, Conversion Rates) and share with key stakeholders in an engaging and concise way. Collaborate with Digital including the Loyalty team to plan the role of external partnerships alongside the development of the Greene King Loyalty programme and ensure a complementary approach. What you’ll bring… Demonstrate ability to wear multiple hats - hands-on execution, optimisation, planning, managing relationships, etc. The industry is exciting for you. Inquisitive nature.
