PHINIA promotes and nurtures a diverse and inclusive environment. Job purpose The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is the key “liaison” between IT and the management of PHINIA EMEA Aftermarket. The IT BRM will be responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders in delivering digital IT services and solutions. Key Responsibilities Single point of contact for region/function leaders regarding IT topics. Accountable for IT budget and cost effectiveness. Establish close relationships with business leadership team. Develop long-range IT strategy/roadmap to support business strategy. Advise business on maximizing IT investments. Identify opportunities for business operational efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends and drive innovation. Ensure global IT standards, policies, and strategies are implemented. Work closely with IT Service Delivery Manager on effective IT operations. Accountable for project delivery of operational improvements. Collaborate with other BRMs on sharing best practices. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related technical degree; advanced degree a plus. Strong inter-personal and communication skills. Good understanding of Manufacturing business processes, ideally Automotive Industry and Aftermarket. Subject matter expertise in both business process and digital technologies. Strong customer management skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
