About the Role
The ideal candidate will have the right combination of confident communication, management, and organisation skills, with a strong technical skill, excellent influencing and relationship management skills drawn from your experience as a Paraplanner or Financial Planner. You will provide the right level of technical leadership to the team of 8 FPS.
Your responsibilities include providing financial planning advice to clients while being the primary relationship manager for all company interactions. You will take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all client advice and develop new client relationships. Key internal relationships include Assistant Financial Planners and the Head of Risk and Governance.
Confidence in your technical knowledge and experience in managing paraplanners in a commercially driven environment is necessary. An ability to work under pressure and prioritise is required, along with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance, procedures, and processes.

Required Professional Qualifications
FCA Certified and Registered Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
QCF level 4 minimum
Extensive technical knowledge of financial planning products and services
Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.
