Salary: Basic + uncapped commission.
The Opportunity:
Join a fast-growing, award-winning travel company specializing in tailor-made trips to East Africa. We're looking for an Africa Travel Sales professional to drive revenue by designing bespoke itineraries for customers.
What You'll Do:
Lead engaging consultations to design personalized trips to Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda. Sell high-value bookings (typically $8k+ per person). Build strong relationships and convert leads into loyal customers. Use CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience selling tailor-made Africa trips. Experience with $8k+ per-person budgets. Ability to sell to the US market. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Dynamic, friendly personality.
