Daddy Daycare are expanding and as a result we're looking for a qualified and experienced practitioner to join our friendly team. Someone who would like to work towards Manager in the future.
About Us
We're a child centred family run business where the focus is on providing great play opportunities and reliable childcare for our families. We are opening our 6th Club in August and our expansion means that we have vacancies for experienced, qualified staff. We would also consider individuals with strong experience working in the childcare sector who have not yet completed their qualifications.

As a result, this role offers future opportunity for progression and we will support team members looking to progress to deputy manager and manager. About You We need someone who can treat every child as an individual, can engage with them, and knows how to have fun. We're looking for someone who already has a childcare qualification such as an SVQ3 or HNC/HND and is willing to do further study. You will also have experience working with children - whether in a school, nursery, or after school club. We also welcome applications from those who have experience in other types of caring roles. About the role We are looking for someone to join the team at our lovely Bristo club, based in a large church just a short walk away from Flora Stevenson primary school where we pickup from. The role is 16 hours a week (Monday to Thursday 2-6) in the club plus 5 hours admin time which can be done at home once training is completed. The role can be term time only or all year round as we also operate holiday clubs. Holiday club hours will be full days; however, only 2-3 a week with the rest of the time off. It may also be based at different sites as we have six clubs across Edinburgh.
