Well-established and growing main contractor is seeking an Aftercare Coordinator to join their expanding team. Working closely with the Aftercare Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth handovers and managing defect resolution during the liability period.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Client Liaison - Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and defect resolution efficiently. Scheduling & Coordination - Organise remedial works for engineers, liaise with residents, and ensure responses meet SLAs. Defect Management - Maintain and update defect reporting systems (Clixifix) and lead client meetings to discuss outstanding issues. Collaboration - Work closely with Project Managers, Contractors, and Managing Agents to resolve defects smoothly. Training & Support - Train clients on using Clixifix and assist in onboarding new team members. Reporting - Provide weekly updates to clients on completed and outstanding works.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience using Clixifix (or a similar software) is preferred, with strong IT skills. Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A confident and proactive individual who can work independently and assert themselves when required. Experience in aftercare, defect management, or a similar client-facing role within construction. A keen interest in construction with the ability to read floor plans and understand common defects.
