About the Role As an Aftersales Administrator you will be supporting our customers with their queries and making sure that we deliver a positive customer experience. You will be working in a friendly customer support team who investigate and resolve queries for our customers across the UK. You be handling a high volume of queries from our customers and proactively investigating the cases to get quick and accurate resolutions for our customer. This often means working proactively with our supply chain, factories, finance, and commercial teams to get updates on orders, or on actions which are needed to fix any product related issues (remedial work). Duties include: Assisting with all enquiries relating to returns/replacement orders & remedial work Take ownership of the query reporting Request quotes for remedial work Raise Purchase Orders on SAP Arrange suitable dates for remedial work to be completed. Communicate with Logistics regarding any transport damage Issue standard letters to customers Log & process credit/debits Update prices on SAP where required Provide updates on Credit & Complaints Ensure a full audit trail is documented & the appropriate authorisations are obtained Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm About You You will be an experienced customer service professional who is an excellent communicator and enjoys problem solving. You will have good influencing skills and you will enjoy building relationships with internal and external contacts.
