We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor for our clients contact centre in Hinckley. This is a exiting opportunity for a Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor to join a modern contact centre great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities.
For this Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor opportunity you must have experience within customer service, ideally over phone and email
Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor
- Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
- Responding to customer enquires
- Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls
- Dealing with any customer complaints
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated
- Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed

Requirements
- The right individual must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
