Allen Motor Group is currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Rugby. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consult on their vehicle's servicing, answering any questions or queries they may have. As an Aftersales Advisor, you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility: Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly Booking vehicles into the workshop Achieving set performance targets by upselling products Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines This position is offered on

a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, 46.33 hour working week Monday – Friday & 1 in 3 Saturday’s, up to £28,000 basic salary and an OTE of £35,000

reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Do I need experience? No! While we welcome applications from those with a background in an automotive aftersales/service advisor role, we understand that everyone started without experience at some point.
