Key responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as an Aftersales Digital Advisor will be:

Ensuring that we always provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, giving the customer the best possible experience by working together as a strong team.

Using our different digital and communication channels to assist with all digital services or booking enquiries.

Providing customers with a professional and friendly service via live chat, WhatsApp, email and telephone.

Manage individual and team workload efficiently to ensure we meet our Citygate and Brand target response times.

Pro-actively drive sales and bookings opportunities including converting emails and live chats, identifying up-sell opportunities and working with the sites and Bookings Team to ensure the diaries are booked.

Ensuring data is accurately recorded and confirming all customer details on the system and amending where necessary to maintain accurate customer records on our CRM database.

Providing a high level of customer service which will allow you to build relationships with our customers to retain business.

Being organised and self-motivated to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

Book service and repair work always ensuring workshop and parts availability.

Ensure you have strong product and brand knowledge to provide the best Aftersales care.

As an Aftersales Digital Advisor, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
