LSH Auto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at our dealership in Birmingham. This position is crucial in driving our aftersales operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and optimizing our service and parts departments.

As the Aftersales Manager, you will lead a talented team, develop strategic initiatives to enhance performance, and implement best practices to meet our business goals.

We are offering a competitive salary, plus OTE bonus, plus a company car.

In this role, you will: Oversee aftersales processes and staff, including service advisors, technicians, and parts specialists. Monitor and drive performance metrics to achieve set targets and enhance service quality. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention. Implement training programs for staff development and service improvement. Manage department budgets and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: Extensive experience in aftersales management within the automotive industry. Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to team management. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with automotive service management systems. A valid drivers' license.
