Bristol Street Motors Ford Orpington and Orpington Prep Centre We have an incredible opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join our team at the brand-new, state-of-the-art Bristol Street Motors Ford Orpington and Orpington Prep Centre. We are offering a competitive basic salary with OTE of up to £70,000, depending on experience, along with a company car and an attractive range of company benefits. In this role, as Aftersales Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of our newly built 12-ramp workshop and 4-ramp Prep Centre, working alongside a growing and dynamic aftersales team. Your leadership will be key in ensuring we consistently deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence. The key responsibilities of the role include: Managing costs in line with the business plan while ensuring quality standards and customer service are maintained. Ensuring the accurate collection and recording of customer data in accordance with Group standards. Adhering to manufacturer standards at all times, ensuring compliance with all operational requirements. Maintaining a safe working environment at all times. Monitoring and managing colleague performance. Training and coaching team members to foster their growth and success. Implementing and maintaining effective processes to ensure customer satisfaction levels consistently exceed the manufacturer’s national average. To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager within the motor trade with main dealer experience. You should be able to demonstrate a track record of driving performance, profitability, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential as your main focus will be guiding your team to achieve their objectives. Experience with Commercial Vehicles is beneficial but not essential. As this role requires regular travel between Ford Orpington and the Prep Centre, a full UK driving licence is essential.
