Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000, plus a company car. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM, with alternate Saturdays from 8:00AM to 1:00PM.

An Aftersales Manager is required for this well-established and highly successful site.

Responsibilities:

Plan, control, and monitor processes in customer service areas while managing and developing employees. Improve the performance of the service team through effective coaching and performance management. Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements and regularly review key operating controls (labour efficiency, labour sales, and cost of sales). Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity, ensuring marketing campaigns are relevant and targeted. Accurately record all daily operating controls and KPIs. Ensure premises, tools, equipment, and other dealership assets are controlled and used effectively. Maintain effective expense control in line with agreed objectives through regular examination and review of management accounts and budgets.

The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience managing both service and parts departments is essential. A solid career history within a main dealer Aftersales department. Confident relationship builder with the ability to engage with customers at all levels. Extensive career in Aftersales management. Ability to create a positive working atmosphere, motivate the team, and ensure service targets are met. Process and statistics driven, with an entrepreneurial flair to drive the business forward. Proven ability to deliver high CSI results with a passion for customer service excellence. Knowledge of vehicle design, manufacture, and legislation. A full UK driving licence is required.
