We are offering a competitive basic salary and OTE of

£65,000

plus company benefits, including a company car!

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Aftersales Manager to lead our team and continue our proud tradition of service excellence.

Role Overview:

As the Aftersales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the aftersales department, including the service, parts, and warranty teams. You will be responsible for driving departmental performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximising profitability. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the aftersales team, including service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.

Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels, ensuring a first-class experience for all customers.

Drive departmental targets, including financial performance, productivity, and efficiency.

Ensure all manufacturer standards are met and adhered to, including warranty processes and compliance.

Oversee parts stock management and the smooth operation of the service department.

Build strong relationships with customers and team members, promoting a positive working environment.

Stay up to date with Audi’s product offerings, technology, and service innovations.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager role within the automotive industry, preferably within a premium brand dealership.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering excellence.

A commercial mindset, capable of driving profitability and departmental growth.

Thorough understanding of aftersales operations, including parts, service, and warranty procedures.

Experience working with Audi systems and standards is desirable, but not essential.
