What the role involves
- Leading daily operations of the Letchworth depot, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant working practices.
- Ensure effective workflow across workshop and field service teams.
- Maintaining strong Health & Safety compliance across all depot activities.
- Manage utilisation and Work in Progress (WIP) levels.
- Ensure timely progression of jobs through the system, supporting invoicing within 30 days.
- Provide expert technical guidance to engineers and customers.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in an aftersales, service, workshop, or operations management role.
- Experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
