LSH Auto is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and enhance our aftersales operations at our dealership in Macclesfield. In this vital role, you will oversee the service, parts, and customer support teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding service and support. As an Aftersales Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to maximise customer satisfaction, drive profitability, and enhance operational efficiency. Salary:

£48,500 Basic, including OTE bonus £84,000, plus company car. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the aftersales department, including service advisors, technicians, and parts. Monitor and evaluate department performance against goals and targets. Develop and implement processes to enhance customer service and retention. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry regulations. Manage inventory and parts ordering to ensure availability and efficiency. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Provide support to customers with service-related enquiries and issues. Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Proven track record of driving aftersales performance and profitability. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data. Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Experience with service management software and tools. A valid driver's licence.
