to join our group in a leadership role! What You'll Be Doing As Aftersales Manager, you will take ownership of the service department's daily operations, leading by example to ensure smooth workflow, a motivated team, and most importantly,

outstanding customer satisfaction . Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day service operations, ensuring

efficiency

and

high standards

in all areas. Delivering

exceptional customer experiences

by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Leading, mentoring, and developing your team, fostering a

positive culture

and professional growth. Driving revenue by identifying and promoting

upselling opportunities

for additional products and services. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, conducting regular equipment inspections. Collaborating with other departments to optimise processes and deliver the best service. Overseeing inventory management for parts and supplies, ensuring seamless operational support. What We're Looking For Proven

managerial experience

within a service-oriented or automotive environment. Strong

mechanical knowledge

and familiarity with modern systems and equipment. A passion for

customer service excellence , with the ability to build trust and rapport. Exceptional

leadership

and communication skills to inspire your team. The ability to effectively

upsell services

while prioritising customer satisfaction. Great

organisational skills
