Are you an experienced leader with a background in label print finishing? We are looking for a motivated Service Manager to oversee operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure outstanding service delivery. What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the service function, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimising performance across the team. Key responsibilities include:

Managing and mentoring a team ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business objectives. Implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality within the print finishing process. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and troubleshooting technical challenges. Identifying opportunities to refine workflows, boost performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Regularly reviewing operational data and customer feedback to report insights and recommendations to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced individual with:

Proven experience in a Service Management or Aftersales role within the printing manufacturing sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Commercial acumen and confidence to upsell services/add ons to customers where required. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset. In-depth knowledge of label printing machinery, processes, and industry best practices. A results-driven approach with a passion for improving service and operational efficiency.
