Working in our aftersales department as an Aftersales/Service Manager you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you’ll do day to day
Manage the aftersales/service teams including parts, vehicle technicians and service advisors
Coach and motivate the teams
Monitor performances against agreed targets and budgets
Analyse areas of performance and weakness & provide guidance
