Take ownership and responsibility for key activities such as problem solving, quality improvement, and stakeholder management. Leadership of junior team members and supporting when needed. Coaching and mentoring junior team members to upskill and progress within the business. Take ownership of problem resolution. Demonstration of a proactive approach. Have experience in aftertreatment quality with a Quality First mindset leading to robust solutions. Ability to analyse data and derive conclusions and recommendations. Knowledge of diesel and gasoline combustion and/or aftertreatment including calibration. Knowledge and use of problem-solving tools (Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC). Customer first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent, and dependable.
