About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our dynamic agency team. You will provide essential care and support to individuals in residential and community care settings across Essex. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in line with care plans. Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration (where applicable). Assist clients in engaging with community activities and promoting independence. Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records. Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK. Driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
