About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our dynamic agency team. You will provide essential care and support to individuals in residential and community care settings across Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others while enjoying the flexibility of agency work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in line with care plans. Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration (where applicable). Assist clients in engaging with community activities and promoting independence. Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records. Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care or support role (preferred but not essential as full induction will be provided). A caring, empathetic, and patient nature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. A valid enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to undertake one. Right to work in the UK. Driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
