Do you have a passion to help others? Well, this could be the job for you! We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to work with our team, based in Morecambe. We are looking to cover both Day and Night shifts, working over a 7-day/1-week rota, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Previous experience in the care industry is advantageous but not essential. You will receive a paid induction covering all the basic requirements for your role, as well as on-the-job support from colleagues and your line manager. If successful, you will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) for a disclosure. Applicants must be 18 years or over. Responsibilities:

Assisting healthcare professionals in providing care to patients Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature Assisting with patient hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting Assisting with patient mobility and transfers Supporting patients with eating and drinking Observing and reporting any changes in patient condition to healthcare professionals Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. Requirements:

Certification or training as a healthcare assistant is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and assisting with patient mobility Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
