if applicable Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector The duties of a Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
