Temporary Support Workers Needed!

Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, is looking for Temporary Support Workers to work for our clients in the Melksham area!
As an Agency Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of supported living services across Wiltshire. In this particular service, you will be supporting three service users with learning difficulties, who may also exhibit behaviours that may challenge.
You will promote choice as your number one priority to enable each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible. Understanding that each individual has varying needs, you will follow support plans and adjust your support accordingly, delivering high-quality person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with personal care. Helping with daily routines. Assisting service users to go shopping, attend appointments, and access community and social activities.
