Responsibilities:
Support three service users with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. Promote choice as your number one priority to enable individuals to achieve their dreams and independence. Follow support plans and adjust support as needed to deliver high-quality person-centred care. Assist with personal care, daily routines, shopping, appointments, and community access.
