Description Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them learn and grow? We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Agency Nursery Assistant to join our team to work across multiple settings. As an Agency Nursery Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support children's development in a stimulating and nurturing environment. In this role, you will assist in implementing educational activities and maintaining a safe and clean learning space for children. You will play a vital role in providing individualised care for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Whether it's engaging in creative play, assisting with mealtime routines, or organizing educational materials, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities

Support staff in implementing a range of educational and creative activities Assist with the daily care routines, including mealtime and naptime Provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the development of social and emotional skills Prepare and organise educational materials and resources Observe and record children's progress and behaviour Supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime Maintain a safe and clean learning environment Requirements

Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting Solid understanding of child development and the ability to implement age-appropriate activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and be proactive in problem-solving A caring and patient nature, with a genuine enthusiasm for working with children Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in an educational setting Be able to work a minimum of one full day per week Must either have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to pay for a new one Benefits
