Are you familiar with Securities Lending Products and Cash Model and would you like to continue your career in one of the biggest banks in the world? Then this role is for you. As Agency Securities Finance Operational Associate within Agency Securities Finance Operations Team, you will be working within the Directed & 3rd party team whereby the clients are part of JPM Custodian but have chosen to use alternative agent lenders for Securities Lending. You will be dedicated to providing trade life cycle support across all instrument types, Equities and Fixed Income, which ranges from loans/returns, client sales, and asset servicing events. Clients include large Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Insurance companies, Central Banks, and Hedge funds. Job Responsibilities: Provides accurate market updates at all times Builds an in-depth understanding of specific global markets Resolves outstanding cash/stock reconciliation whenever appropriate Supports all client queries and workflow Builds an in-depth knowledge of Clients and their requirements Liaises with all other internal departments to ensure optimal client service Takes part in service calls and visits to identify and resolve operational issues Builds a detailed understanding of Securities Lending Product and Cash Model Supports a global cross-product Securities Lending model Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the role requires dialogue with clients, operations, and 3rd parties on a local and regional basis Numeracy and accuracy skills Excellent time management – there are numerous deadlines and processes across the day and the individual must be able to deal with issues and escalations in a fast-paced environment Flexible, proactive attitude towards work is required as the individual must be responsive with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Team Player Ability to work under own initiative Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Good industry and operational knowledge of European Securities markets Experience in a relevant environment Openness to work from 8:30 am to 6 pm with the possibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and bank holidays Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Global operational experience Experience working in an environment with intraday deadlines Familiarity with systems such as COSMIC, Avatar, Crest, Euroclear, and Equilend
