Agent Success Manager - Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for agents, delivering exceptional support and assisting with onboarding, training, and access to essential tools and resources. Conduct 1-on-1 appointments to guide agents through KW Command Technology and their first 100 days. Provide Tier 1 technical support, including assistance with KW technology, printer setup, and basic troubleshooting. Manage or co-manage the Market Center’s social media accounts and collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure effective promotional strategies for events and training. Oversee daily office operations, including handling mail, ordering supplies, answering phones, and maintaining office amenities. Manage new associate intake paperwork and facilitate Market Center activities in collaboration with leadership. Design, manage, and maintain the Market Center training calendar while coordinating with leadership to ensure effective training initiatives. Analyze office performance metrics to identify training needs and support agent growth and retention. Plan, support, and organize Market Center events such as RED Day, training sessions, and BOLD lunch coordination. Actively participate in daily huddles and weekly leadership calls at regional, international, and Market Center levels. Communicate upcoming training and events to agents via WhatsApp, TextEmAll, email, and social media. Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and assisting with general office tasks. Regularly meet with the leadership team to review KPIs and track progress toward organizational goals. Develop proficiency in Keller Williams’ proprietary real estate technologies, including Keller Cloud, KW Command MC, KW Command, and local MLS systems, to effectively support agents. Qualifications
Agent Success Manager - Basic Qualifications: Tech-savvy with proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Groups/Pages. Experience with G-Suite applications, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, for team collaboration and business tasks. College degree is preferred but not required. 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with the real estate industry and related software tools is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required. Compensation:
