Agentic AI Engineer focuses on drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative ai solutions within the microsoft ecosystem.

What the role involves

• Drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Expertise in applying prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and reliability.

Skills and requirements

• Experience with API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands-on experience with LLM models such as OpenAI GPTs, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral.
• Experience in implementing robust evaluation frameworks and Responsible AI (RAI) practices.
• You have knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures and their integration into enterprise systems.

Candidate fit

• You are familiar with core agent communication protocols, including MCP or A2A.

Additional role context

• Familiarity with Microsoft GenAI/Agentic AI ecosystem such as M365, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• You are Microsoft Certified in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure AI Fundamentals.
