The Opportunity With exciting new projects developing our Cement manufacturing site in Cauldon, Staffordshire we now have an excellent opportunity for a Capital Project Manager. Based onsite, you'll join our expanding team in a newly created position, giving you a real opportunity to set your mark and create best practice in this role. Onsite, you'll take the lead on multiple key CAPEX projects across our Cement Manufacturing Plant, taking responsibility for the full lifecycle of the project. You'll coordinate with various teams onsite, as well as in our wider group, contractors, and suppliers to ensure collaboration and clarity on project progress. Projects onsite will each hold their own challenges and complexities, and with values spanning from £100,000 to £2.5m, you'll take ownership and be the pivotal point on transformational progress onsite. We are in an exciting period onsite, where major investment in site developments and new equipment will help us realise our Net Zero pledge. Who you are You'll be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels. You'll have experience running complex projects within manufacturing environments. You'll have past experience running the full lifecycle of projects inclusive of the utilisation of engineering, installation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
