https://group.atradius.com . Our request: Atradius IT has for many years relied on service providers for the delivery of application development services. We insourced part of our development teams and are currently transitioning from fully relying on external partners for our IT development and maintenance to ensuring core skills through internal staff and adopting an agile delivery approach. This transformation requires changes in behavior from management and lead engineers, focusing on fact-based improvements and experimentation. We seek an experienced coach to guide our leadership and team leads through this transformation and to help define and implement the right standards for delivery. Creating, implementing and rolling out a full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process (from requirements gathering to deployment) with roles, responsibilities, and appropriate metrics. Base the SDLC on best practices and implement and configure Microsoft Azure Boards in support of management and delivery teams. Coach managers and team leads on the right behavior to ensure team success. Knowledge, skills and experience: Experience implementing a Software Development Lifecycle in a midsized company. Azure DevOps . Multiple years of experience in Software Development environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high English level.
