Manage 2-3 agile teams (4-8 members) to efficiently deliver software features. Collaborate with the Software Development Lead and Product Owner to plan and synchronize upcoming features. Track project resources, budgets, and status, escalating risks or issues when needed. Drive improvements in processes and ensure timely use of project tools. What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in project delivery. SDLC knowledge and experience managing web-based application projects. Strong knowledge of Kanban or Scrum methodologies. Experience managing web-based application projects. Ability to inspire teams, communicate effectively, and embrace change. Desirable:
